Where do we print our photos?
Your prints are printed through Australia’s leading Professional Photo Lab; Streets Imaging. Your photographic prints are subsequently of exceptional photographic quality and, yes – they still have a darkroom! All their products are made from the best available media. They are of museum archival grade and are their work can be found in Australia’s finest institutions.
What happens if my photos get bent in the mail?
99.99% of our orders arrive promptly and intact. If yours has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will replace free of charge. Just send us photos of the damage so we can claim it on our postal insurance.
Can I order prints and then scan them myself to share on Facebook?
You may only share images electronically if you have purchase the digital file. Copyright law is a serious matter in Australia. Help protect the rights of our photographers so that we can all keep providing amazing quality images for you. Please remember we are all in business to make a living and keep staff employed. Without copyright law our industry goes away.
What cameras/gear do you use?
We always use professional high quality lighting equipment and backdrops in our photography studios to create premium quality photos. We use a variety of cameras depending on the type of shoot. Our favourite is the Canon 5D series.
Information about our studio
We are located centrally in Brisbane at 4/7 Anthony Street, West End. Our office is open 8:30am to 4:30pm. We have free onsite parking and meter street parking. We have a studio on location however bookings are essential.
How long is your turn around time for orders?
We endeavor to have orders back to the school within 5 weeks of photo day.
I didn’t receive my order
Check with your class teacher the orders were all handed out. Often missing orders are simply waiting to be handed out or still in the student’s school desk or school bag. If the order still does not turn up and you paid online please check your order confirmation email says “Payment Successful”. Paid cash and don’t have your order? Check your child’s school bag and give us a call. You can still order after photos have been delivered.
My photos were taken a few years ago – can I still order my photos?
Yes. Our digital files go back to 2006. There is a manual order fee for placing any orders after photo day has passed. Archive orders are often processed in two weeks or less.
What products are available?
Please see the For Parents page on our website. please note: some schools may receive different products and the list of Special Groups (Leadership, Music & Sport groups) changes from school to school. To see exactly what is offered to your school, login online using your UniqueID or see the front of your envelope.
Why can’t I see the packages I want to purchase?
A full list of products available is on the right hand side of the ordering screen. Ensure that you hover over the right side panel with your mouse and scroll all the way down to the bottom to view all products.
Your shopping cart is saying my card has expired but it hasn’t.
Try entering the year as 4 digits eg “2022” instead of “22”.
Where will my school photos be delivered to?
Your photos will be delivered to the school and handed out in class. If you have special circumstances please phone our office.
Why do I need to fill out my address if you are delivering my order to the school?
This is a requirement of ANZ (our merchant provider)
My child was absent on photo day, what can I do?
You can arrange a time that suits you for a special sitting with one of our photographers. Our office and studio is located at 4/7 Anthony St, West End.
I’ve lost my envelope, what can I do?
Your school office has blank envelopes for you. They can also give you your UniqueID to order online or you can obtain this by calling our office.
My unique ID doesn’t work, what do I do?
Type your UniqueID – do not copy and paste the Unique ID it may add extra characters or spaces. Your ID should contain 3 digits, 4 characters, then 2 digits – with no spaces (eg. 111xxxx11). If you are still having trouble, please contact our office.
Can I view my photo before purchasing?
We work with a prepaid system to be able to provide packages at such low prices. If you are unhappy with your images when you receive them you can return them for a full refund or schedule a complimentary reshoot. To book, contact our office.
